Hello and welcome! I'm Kwee Jin (Kenny), a dedicated Learning and Development specialist with a passion for helping organizations and people reach their fullest potential. My experience spans creating customized interventions, identifying learning needs, and leading leadership programs tailored for the government sector.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of developing competency frameworks and implementing innovative learning methodologies, all with the aim of improving capabilities and fostering a positive work environment. A part of my proficiency includes conducting team launches, designing onboarding programs, engaging employees, and even hosting large-scale events. I pride myself on empowering team members and creating a supportive and productive workplace culture.
My technical skillset extends to authoring and editing tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Canva, Adobe Spark Page, Filmora, Doodly, Toonly, InVideo, Chatfuel, Manychat, and Brightspace (LMS). These tools have been invaluable in my journey to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
In addition to my core role, I have made strides in Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing through pro-bono work for Covid-19 affected companies. My portfolio includes website creation, content development such as explainer & promotional videos, infographics, and even chatbots for leads generation, recruitment, and onboarding.

On a more personal note, my ENFP (MBTI) personality and my top 5 Cliftonstrengths - Maximizer, Positivity, Developer, Connectedness and Activator - reflect my natural inclination towards positivity, developing others, and initiating change. I believe these traits have been fundamental to my success in this field.
In my spare time, you'll find me serving in the local church, spending time with my family, reading books on Instructional Design, learning new skills or exploring new ways to enhance learning experiences. I'm passionate about what I do, and I look forward to bringing that passion to where I can contribute.
